This will never work because the level of carbonation in a fluid is a function of temperature and the partial pressure of CO2 above the fluid. The percentage of CO2 in the atmosphere is roughly .03%, so all this pump does is increase the partial pressure of Nitrogen and Oxygen in the bottle not CO2!
